Sources close to the pair revealed that Gomez, 32, and Blanco, 37, do not want a long engagement and are already deep into wedding planning. The Only Murders in the Building star has even hired a planner and started gathering ideas for the ceremony.
Selena has reportedly begun dress shopping and is using a Pinterest board to organize her wedding vision. Her mother is helping with the planning, while Benny is also involved in brainstorming ideas for their big day.
“They want to have the wedding this year, likely in the summer or early fall, after Selena wraps filming for Only Murdersseason 5,” an insider shared.
Destination Wedding Could Be in the Works
While the couple has not finalized a location, sources say they are considering a destination wedding, possibly in Puerto Rico. The ceremony is expected to be intimate, with close friends and family in attendance.
Gomez and Blanco, who have known each other for over a decade, reportedly knew they had found their soulmate soon after they started dating.
