Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another sexual assault lawsuit as legal troubles continue to mount. A street performer, identified as John Doe, has accused Diddy of oral and anal sexual assault in a lawsuit filed in New York State Supreme Court.
According to the complaint, the alleged incident occurred in November 2022 outside a Los Angeles nightclub. The performer claimed that a man approached him, introduced himself as a talent scout for Diddy, and invited him to a private home.
Doe alleged that upon arriving at the residence, Diddy engaged him in conversation about his music aspirations while offering him a drink. He recalled feeling lightheaded and euphoric before being led into a private room, where Diddy allegedly exposed himself and made an explicit remark.
The lawsuit states that Diddy forced the performer into oral sex before undressing and sexually assaulting him. The man claimed he later woke up and was taken back to the nightclub.
Diddy’s Growing Legal Battle
This latest lawsuit is part of an ongoing wave of allegations against the music industry mogul. The case was filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing 120 of Diddy’s alleged victims, with accusations dating as far back as 1995.
Diddy was previously accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old boy at a SoHo nightclub in 2012. In that case, the teenager claimed he was invited to Diddy’s private table, offered vodka shots, and later taken to a back room, where he was allegedly assaulted.
The accusations have continued to pile up, with both men and women coming forward with claims of abuse spanning multiple decades. The rapper’s legal team has denied all previous allegations, and his representatives have yet to respond to the latest lawsuit.
Diddy is currently in federal custody in Brooklyn following his indictment on sex crime charges in September. His trial is set to begin in May, and prosecutors are expected to introduce multiple cases against him.
What’s Next for Diddy?
Legal experts believe that the growing number of lawsuits could significantly impact Diddy’s future, both professionally and personally. If convicted, he could face decades in prison.
The ongoing legal battle has already led to severe reputational damage. Some of Diddy’s business ventures have been affected, with brands distancing themselves amid the controversy.
While the rapper has not directly addressed the latest allegations, his legal team has consistently dismissed claims against him as “baseless and opportunistic.” However, as more victims come forward, the pressure continues to mount.
As Diddy prepares for trial, the music industry is watching closely to see how the case unfolds and whether more individuals will step forward with similar accusations.
