Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, was accused of bullying her staffers while she was a royal.

Though the wife of Prince Harry was quick to downplay the malicious accusations, calling it the “latest attack on her character” at the time, Buckingham Palace launched an internal investigation into the bullying claims, and many royal followers waited for its findings.

Despite the huge public interest, it was claimed that Prince William was at the forefront of the decision to keep things under wraps. According to sources, the Prince of Wales wanted to protect the staffers who had come forward.

Prince William allegedly felt that releasing the report would only exacerbate the situation, given how Prince Harry and Meghan were divulging dirty family laundry.

Recently, Vanity Fair Magazine published a story that included shocking claims that align with the 2021 allegations. A dozen insiders close to Prince Harry and Meghan spoke with the publication over several months, and the results are not that good.

Meghan was described as a “mean girl” who allegedly threw some staffers to the wolves while others claimed they needed “long-term therapy.” One informant shared that Meghan’s relationships with her employees follow a “familiar pattern,” explaining that it always started well. Still, she would become “cold and withholding” if anything went wrong.

For Prince William, who warned Prince Harry to take some time to get to know Meghan before marrying her, the report about the Suits alum matches his personal feelings about his sister-in-law.

“It’s no secret that he and Meghan didn’t get along. William can’t help but feel that he was right to be cautious,” an anonymous royal insider told New Idea Magazine.

The Vanity Fair Magazine article also mentioned Meghan being involved in conversations about the book in the event of a split from Prince Harry. The entertainment news outlet also reported that the Duke of Sussex “hasn’t absorbed the gravity” of telling everything about his family in his book Spare and seemed to genuinely harbor hope of reconciling with the royal family.

“William doesn’t take any pleasure in any of these allegations being made public. But he can’t help but feel he made the right call on Meghan and was right to be wary of her,” the mole furthered.

Meghan Markle has yet to address the most recent bullying claims. So, avid followers of Prince Harry’s wife should take all these allegations lightly until they are proven true and correct.
