The Wall Street Journal has been criticized by Donald Trump for being critical of his trade measures against Canada, China, and Mexico. Trump has responded by lashing out at the publication.
With the stock market trembling due to uncertainty, the president has been implementing and rescinding hefty tariffs against top U.S. trading partners. The editorial board of the Journal reaffirmed that the president’s trade war, especially against Canada, “is the dumbest in history.”
On Thursday morning’s Fox Business Network show with Maria Bartiromo, the editor-in-chief slammed him.
“The Globalist Wall Street Journal has no idea what they are doing or saying,” Trump wrote in his post.
The President of the United States of America made the implication that they are owned by the corrupted thinking of the European Union, which was established with the primary intention of “screwing” the United States of America.
Second, by claiming that the thinking of the Wall Street Journal is outmoded and feeble, and that it is extremely detrimental to the United States of America.
“But have no fear, we will WIN on everything!!! Egg prices are down, oil is down, interest rates are down, and TARIFF RELATED MONEY IS POURING INTO THE UNITED STATES. ‘The only thing you have to fear, is fear itself!'”
Per The Raw Story, despite the fact that oil prices rose somewhat this week due to rising fears of a recession and the impact of Trump’s tariffs, interest rates did decline for the sixth consecutive week. Egg prices are finally coming down after a 60 percent increase over the past year. This is because consumers are afraid to purchase eggs.
