Philip Pines, a former assistant to Sean “Diddy” Combs, has come forward with allegations about the rapper’s parties, describing an incident involving a visibly shaken female guest. Pines, who worked for Combs from 2019 to 2020, shared his experiences in the documentary “The Fall of Diddy.”
According to Pines, these parties, known as “Wild King Nights,” were often held in hotel rooms or at Combs’ residence and included young, lesser-known women among the guests. In one alarming account, Pines was tasked with driving a woman back to her hotel, who he found to be “physically shaken” upon leaving the party. He noted a significant change in her behavior, with the woman admitting, “I’ve never done anything like this before.”
Pines elaborated on the nature of these gatherings, pointing out the power dynamics at play due to the attendees’ relative anonymity and youth. “A lot of times, there were girls that were under the radar, didn’t have a lot of influence,” he explained. He suggested that such environments could lead to vulnerable situations, particularly with young women and Combs, who possesses significant influence.
Beyond the social dynamics, Pines was also involved in gathering supplies for these events, which included not only alcohol and marijuana but also more potent drugs like ketamine and Molly, alongside items like baby oil and electronic devices for entertainment.
Despite these serious allegations, Combs’ legal team has strongly refuted any claims of misconduct by the artist. They stated, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone,” confident that the legal system would vindicate Combs.
Currently, Diddy is detained in a Brooklyn facility, facing separate charges, while his former assistant’s testimony adds to the controversy surrounding his personal conduct. This situation continues to unfold, with public and legal scrutiny on Combs’ activities both past and present.
