Several eyebrows were raised when Bianca Censori dropped her coat to reveal a completely see-through dress on the Grammys 2025 red carpet. Others, however, noticed a sudden change in her behavior during the recently concluded event.

Body language expert Judi James told The Daily Mail that Bianca looked “confident” and “superior” when she arrived at Sunday’s awards show but later turned to “fear” and “nervousness.”

“Her glance up at Kanye [West] before she removed [her outerwear] suggested a flicker of what looked like nerves. It looked like nervousness made her break her own posing rule by laughing at one point,” Judi told the news outlet on Tuesday.

The body language expert added that Bianca’s expression changed to “one that suppressed fear” after she made the “ultimate, attention-seeking statement by baring it all.”

Judi explained that Bianca experienced a “shift in emotional state.” The expert furthered that the model’s “legs crossed and the way she placed her hands uncharacteristically awkwardly on her hips hinted at some last-minute anxiety.”

As for Ye’s body language, Judi told the outlet that his “moody expression showed barely a flicker of change” during the shocking moment.

Even lip reader Nicola Hickling shared her observations of the attention-grabbing event. She told The Daily Mail that Kim Kardashian’s former husband seemingly told his ladylove to “drop [the coat] behind you and then turn.”

“Make a scene…I got you,” Ye allegedly whispered as Bianca shook her head before appearing to say, “Alright, let’s go.”

Ye and Bianca immediately exited the event, with the architectural designer changing her mesh dress for a sheer thong bodysuit at an afterparty where she and the American rapper packed on the PDA.

Meghan McCain, among others, criticized Ye as “a repugnant, vile piece of garbage” who has taken his partner “hostage” in a since-deleted social media upload. The View co-host Alyssa Farrah Griffin, for her part, also expressed concern about Bianca’s shocking moment and called in “uncomfortable.”

Ye and Bianca Censori have yet to comment on the criticisms they received during the shocking 2025 Grammys moment.
